WHY DO YOU NEED 9 MODELS?
Get Real Time Feedback!
No one is perfect when they start something new. In fact, the best way to learn is to practice and to make mistakes. This is how you’ll develop the skills you need to be successful.
Don’t forget, practice makes perfect. This is especially true when it comes to permanent makeup. Being able to have an expert give you suggestions as you are doing the services helps you to become better faster.
The more models you do, the more confident you’ll be. The more confident you are, the more likely you are to continue your growth in this industry.
WHO ARE YOUR MODELS?
MORE THAN JUST PRACTICE
We recommend finding your own models for the apprenticeship program.... WHY?
It helps springboard your PMU Career in a number of ways. It shows yourself that you are taking this new career seriously and you can accomplish it.
Furthermore, it gives you 9 people you can upsell a different service to or at least get paid a touch up fee when they return to you. Lastly, its free marketing material as the clients are a walking billboard and will most refer people to you instead of us.
WHO WILL YOU LEARN FROM?
Esther's journey into the beauty industry started as a child. While growing up, her mother, a business owner of two nail salons would bring Esther to work and open her eyes to the world of beauty and service.
After much soul-searching as a young adult about her future career path, Esther decided to go to Esthetics school, where she graduated from Christine Valmy in 2010. Shortly after, she pivoted to practicing permanent makeup and obtained her 100 hour fundamentals certification in 2013. A life-long learner, Esther regularly takes additional courses. She makes it her mission to take at least two courses annually because she wants to stay closely up to date with the rapidly changing trends of the beauty industry.
Esther is herself a client of permanent makeup and experiencing how it simplified her morning routine first hand really motivated her to help other clients with the same needs. Especially for mothers, she understands how stressful it can be in the morning.
